I know it has been a while since our last post, but really there is nothing new to report. I have applied for 3 jobs in Ohio-just across the line. I would rather stay where I'm currently working, but I'm not sure that is going to happen. I'm still rather hopeful until May 21, which is when the school board votes and it becomes official.
Tom and I have not signed our paper to send back to the agency yet, but am hopeful to do that soon. It has been really difficult for both of us to stop this process. This was such an exciting journey to travel and am anxious to begin it again. I guess it's better to get stopped here then to get matched with a birth mom and/or birth parents and have them change their mind. I keep trying to think positively that God has a plan for us and there are reasons why this has happened. So far I haven't seen any reason-I know it's still way early for His plan to be revealed. As a colleague of mine told me, "Sometimes you wish God would give you a memo." Boy is that so true!
Thank you to everyone praying and thinking of us. Hopefully we will know something soon. I hope we have turned a corner and positive things will begin to happen. We appreciate all of your support.

We are seriously praying for you and your family. (Also praying for your little one's birth parents...God knows who they are, and I'm sure they need lifted up as well!)

Our thoughts and prayers to you and Tom. You are put on hold right now, because the perfect match for your family is still in the planning stage with God. Patience is a virtue!!!! Yeah Right.
