Wow! Where to begin. Let's see, first I'll start with my glucose test. I called the doctor last Monday and they told me it appeared that everything was okay. However, I received a call on Friday from a nurse and she told me that I failed my test by 1 point and I needed to meet with a dietician. Now, I didn't ask a lot of questions of the nurse because I was in shock-I guess. I'll have quite a few questions to ask when I go to the doctor on Wednesday.
Our childbirthing classes have been very interesting. Our last class is this Thursday and it makes me a little more nervous now that it's getting close to the end of the classes. Now that I know what's actually going to happen, it just makes me a little more apprehensive about what could or might happen.
Our cousin Greg has come to our house 2 weekends ago and has painted the nursery. It's very bright and looks terrific! Also, this past weekend my mom came with her van so we could bring back the furniture for the nursery that we wanted. Tom's already put 2 pieces together, the changing table and the dresser. The crib has to wait until after Christmas since Christmas is in Richmond this year, we need the extra bed for our family. The post after this will include pictures of everything to try and catch you up on the progress. We also ordered a rug that will not cover the wood floor completely, but will cover most of it.
We have now reached 8 weeks and should be starting the every week doctor visits soon. I still can't believe this is happening. I'll fill you in later this week or weekend on how the doctor and dietician visit went. Keep up the positive thoughts-it won't be long now! :-O

Wow, don't worry about the test... It will be ok.
Can't wait to see the nursery all together.
Blessing to all of you
